Do I need an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout needs an email address and the wallet address you want the tokens sent to. You get a private tracking code at checkout, shown once, which lets you follow the order without signing in. An account simply keeps your history and support tickets in one place.
How do I know I am buying the real token?
Before a token can be listed, what the operator entered is checked against what the contract itself reports on-chain. The symbol and the decimal count have to match exactly or the listing is blocked. Every token page shows the full contract address and links straight to the block explorer, so you can verify it yourself.
What stops a fake token pretending to be a well-known one?
Comparing fields is not enough on its own - a contract can be deployed with a deliberately deceptive name, and then the entered and on-chain values agree because they are both the disguise. Token names are also folded to a plain-ASCII skeleton, so a name built from Cyrillic, Greek or other lookalike characters that renders as a major asset is caught. Those listings are blocked outright and cannot be overridden.
When is my payment confirmed?
Only when the money actually arrives. For on-chain payments we watch the network and confirm automatically once the transfer appears and reaches the required number of confirmations. Returning to the payment page never marks an order paid, and nobody types in a transaction hash to make it happen.
Why does the amount have to be exact?
Each pending order is quoted its own distinct amount, down to the cent, and that amount is how we tell which order a payment belongs to. Rounding it down means the order is underpaid: it will be held with the exact shortfall shown, not delivered and not lost.
Can I buy a small amount first?
Where the seller has enabled it, yes. A sample is a real purchase for a small flat price, delivered on-chain exactly like any other order, so you can confirm the token arrives in your wallet before committing to a larger one.
What happens if delivery fails?
The order is flagged for a human to look at, and it is never blindly retried - the chain is reconciled first, because retrying a transfer that already succeeded would send the tokens twice. Your payment is not lost while that happens.
Are these transactions reversible?
No. A blockchain transfer cannot be undone by us or by anyone else, which is why the recipient address is validated as you type and checked again by the server before an order is created. Please double-check it before paying.
